General Terms and Conditions of Sale

Bondet Lunettes SAS

Art 1: Introduction

These general terms and conditions of sale are part of a supply of optical and/or sunglasses by the company Bondet Lunettes to a customer or prospect located on or outside French territory (including DOM and TOM), hereinafter referred to as "the customer". These general terms and conditions are valid until they are replaced by a new document. Any special conditions must be the subject of a written document signed by the company Bondet Lunettes.

Art 2: Orders

Any order from the customer will only be final after being accepted by the management of the company Bondet Lunettes. The customer undertakes to strictly respect the minimum quantities when these are provided for. Prices may be modified at any time within a period which will be indicated at the time of the change.

Art 3: Deliveries

Delivery times are given for information purposes only and failure to comply with them cannot justify a refusal to accept the goods or a discount on the corresponding invoice. Bondet Lunettes may be required to make only a partial delivery of the order without this giving the customer the right to contest or refuse the related invoice, or even to any compensation whatsoever. Transport costs are the responsibility of the customer. Deliveries can only be contested within 48 hours of receipt of the goods. After this date, the goods will be considered accepted without reservation. In the event of delivery of goods that do not comply with the order, the return of the goods must be made with the prior agreement of Bondet Lunettes.

Art 4: Distribution method

The customer undertakes to ensure the presentation and marketing of the goods he has acquired, in accordance with the reputation and image of the brands associated with them. The online resale of products by the customer must be the subject of a written agreement signed by the company Bondet Lunettes.

Art 5: Intellectual property

The sale of the goods by the company Bondet Lunettes does not give the customer any rights to the brands, signs, designs and models and other industrial or intellectual property rights, of which the company Bondet Lunettes has ownership or enjoyment.

Art 6: Warranty and complaints

After-sales service is provided for each item of goods only once for a period of two years from the receipt of the products by the customer. The warranty applies to manufacturing defects and material faults. For any other reason (normal wear and tear, improper handling by the optician or consumer) the warranty does not take effect.

Art 7: Payment conditions

Payment for the goods is made without discount, by SEPA mandate or transfer, to the attention of the company Bondet Lunettes within a period indicated on the invoice.

Art 8: Allocation of skills

These conditions are subject to French law. Any disputes relating to the execution or interpretation of these General Conditions of Sale or any order in general will be under the jurisdiction of the courts of Bourg en Bresse (Ain).
