General terms and conditions of sale

Object

These General Terms and Conditions define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the online sale of optical frames, sunglasses and accessories offered by Lunettes Bondet.

Products

The products offered for sale are those appearing on the Site on the day of consultation by the user, within the limits of available stocks.
The photographs and descriptions are presented with the utmost care. However, slight variations may exist, particularly due to screen settings or the nature of the materials.

Price

Prices are shown in euros (€), inclusive of all taxes (TTC), excluding delivery charges.
Bondet Glasses reserves the right to change its prices at any time. The applicable price is the one displayed at the time the order is validated.
Delivery costs are specified before final order confirmation.

Orders

All orders are considered final after:

shopping cart validation
acceptance of these Terms and Conditions,
Payment confirmation.

A confirmation email is sent to the customer summarizing the order details.
Lunettes Bondet reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order in the event of a prior dispute or non-payment.

Payment

Payment is made online by credit card or any other means offered on the Site.
Transactions are secured via a payment solution that complies with current standards.
The order will only be shipped after payment has been validated.

Delivery

The products are delivered to the address indicated when the order was placed.
Delivery times are estimates only. Bondet Glasses is committed to shipping orders as quickly as possible.
In case of a significant delay, the customer will be informed by email.
In the event of a damaged package upon receipt, the customer must make a reservation with the carrier and contact customer service.

Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify any reason.
The product must be returned:

in its original state,
unworn, undamaged
in its original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise stated.
The refund will be issued within a maximum of 14 days after receipt and verification of the returned product.

Guarantee

The products benefit from:

of the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L217-3 et seq. of the Consumer Code),
of the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code).

In the event of a defective product, the customer must contact customer service as soon as possible.

Responsibility

Bondet Glasses cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from misuse of the purchased product.
Lunettes Bondet cannot be held liable in cases of force majeure.

Personal data

The data collected is necessary for order processing and customer relationship management.
In accordance with the GDPR, the customer has the right to access, rectify and delete data concerning him/her.

Intellectual property

All elements of the Site (texts, images, logos, trademarks, design) are protected by intellectual property law and remain the exclusive property of Lunettes Bondet.
Any unauthorized reproduction or use is strictly prohibited.

Mediation and disputes

In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought as a priority.
In the absence of an amicable agreement, the dispute will be submitted to the competent French courts.
In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code, the customer may use a consumer mediator free of charge.
